Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
- Full-day structured therapy, five days a week
- No overnight stay required, but supportive housing is available
- Best for individuals needing intensive care without inpatient hospitalization
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Multiple therapy sessions per week while maintaining daily responsibilities
- Step-down care from PHP for continued progress
- Care coordinators assist with long-term housing if needed
Ongoing Outpatient Therapy
- Flexible, long-term counseling for continued support
- Ideal for anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and more
- Available in person or via telehealth
