Roxanne Dalpos is a licensed psychotherapist in Arizona and a nationally certified counselor specializing in trauma, addiction, personality concerns, and psychological assessment. With extensive training in EMDR, schema therapy, trauma resolution, cognitive restructuring, and emotional regulation, Roxanne takes an integrative approach to therapy for individuals, families, and couples. As Clinical Director, she oversees group and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services, ensuring expert care tailored to each client’s needs. 

She leads a multicultural and bilingual team offering specialized treatment for anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, and emotional dysregulation through individual, group, and IOP counseling. Her team also provides specialized programs in DBT, anger management, domestic violence, and trauma recovery, along with court-related services such as DUI programs for the DMV and family court-approved services. Additionally, she supports adolescents and teens facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Roxanne is committed to fostering a therapeutic space where clients can heal, grow, and achieve lasting well-being.

Alan Barone

Licensed Professional Counselor, MS

Alan Barone is a licensed professional counselor with extensive experience in trauma and stress-related disorders. As a combat veteran and career first responder, he understands the toll high-stress environments take on mental health. His firsthand experience allows him to connect deeply with veterans, first responders, and individuals facing trauma. Using Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Trauma Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), he tailors treatment to each client’s needs, helping them process experiences, manage emotions, and build resilience.

Shannon Carpenter

Shannon Carpenter is a licensed associate counselor specializing in trauma-informed care, mood disorders, and personality dysfunction. As a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, she provides specialized support for those recovering from toxic relationships and emotional abuse. Shannon integrates evidence-based approaches, including DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, Inner Child Therapy, Gestalt, and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring each session to the client’s unique needs.
