Why Choose Lifeline Behavioral Health
We believe everyone deserves quality behavioral healthcare, and when we say that, we mean everyone. We offer care from age zero to one hundred and can treat a vast variety of mental health concerns. Nothing is too “big” or “small” at Lifeline Behavioral Health. If it’s a concern for you, it’s a concern for us, and we don’t want you to be afraid of seeking help. We pride ourselves on fostering a space free of judgment for LGBTQIA+ individuals and anyone who feels like they can’t be their true selves. Our services are tailored to you and what you need to grow and thrive.
We also realize treatment isn’t easily accessible to everyone. We bridge the gap through telehealth options, eliminating obstacles that might stand in the way of individuals in Scottsdale and all over Arizona receiving the behavioral healthcare they need.
Our Mental Health Treatment Programs
Our evidence-based programs are built to serve people from all walks of life, so we have a multitude of options available.
Counseling is Lifeline Behavioral Health’s foundation. All of our programs incorporate some degree of counseling. This includes individual counseling on countless topics, our various therapy groups, and family therapy.
We offer groups for both adults and adolescents. For adults, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), women’s wellness, men’s, substance use recovery, parenting, veterans and first responders, and health anxiety groups are available. Adolescents can attend our DBT, teen empowerment, cognitive skills, and general mental health groups.
Programming for each age group is unique, from children less than one year old to preteens, adolescents, and young adults. We recognize every stage of life comes with different experiences, and tailor treatment not only to each person but to the concerns most relevant to them as they grow. We can address trauma and ADHD in young children, and guide teens through anything from time management to suicidal ideation, all in a safe environment that supports their individuality.
If you’ve been ordered to attend counseling or classes by a court due to a recent brush with the law, Lifeline Behavioral Health can help you, too. We work closely with local courts to ensure we make the services they require available. This means we offer classes and counseling for substance use, anger management, and more.
A Look at Our Program Options
Intensive outpatient programs (IOP) are also available for both teens and adults alike. In our IOP, each participant will choose three of our groups, and attend those and an individual therapy session weekly. Lifeline Behavioral Health’s IOP typically lasts for four or eight weeks, but you can always continue treatment for longer if you want additional support.
Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) is the most intensive of all of our treatment options, providing rigorous, structured treatment to aid in your recovery. It involves spending most of your day at our facility, participating in various therapeutic interventions, and returning home at night. We also offer a PHP program with onsite housing. You can choose this option for any reason. We especially recommend it if returning home will interfere with your mental health journey, you want to be surrounded by a community of people striving toward the same goals as you consistently, or you would feel better with constant access to our skilled staff.
