Comprehensive Counseling with Step-Down Levels of Care
Some individuals benefit from weekly counseling. Others need more structured support before transitioning to long-term outpatient therapy. Lifeline Behavioral Health offers multiple levels of care so clients can receive the right amount of support at the right time.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
PHP provides structured daytime treatment for individuals who need intensive support without overnight hospitalization. This level of care can help when symptoms are affecting daily functioning and weekly counseling is not enough.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
IOP offers multiple therapy sessions per week while allowing individuals to maintain daily responsibilities. It can support people who are stepping down from PHP or who need more structure than traditional outpatient therapy.
Ongoing Outpatient Therapy
Outpatient therapy provides long-term support through regular one-on-one counseling, family counseling, couples counseling, and telehealth options. This level of care supports individuals working through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationships, stress, and life transitions.
