Why Choose Lifeline Behavioral Health?
We believe everyone deserves quality behavioral healthcare, and when we say that, we mean everyone. We offer care from age zero to one hundred and can treat a wide range of mental health concerns.
Nothing is too big or too small at Lifeline Behavioral Health. If it matters to you, it matters to us, and we never want fear or uncertainty to keep you from seeking help.
We pride ourselves on fostering a space free of judgment for LGBTQIA+ individuals and anyone who feels like they cannot fully be themselves. Our services are tailored to you, your experiences, and what you need to grow and thrive.
We also understand that treatment is not always easily accessible. We help bridge that gap through telehealth options, reducing barriers that may stand in the way of individuals in Scottsdale and across Arizona getting the behavioral healthcare they need.

FAQs
What mental health and addiction treatment services do you offer in Scottsdale?
Our Scottsdale location offers a broad continuum of care for both mental health and substance use disorders. Services include detox, individual therapy, group therapy, family support, intensive outpatient treatment, and partial hospitalization for those who need more structure than weekly counseling alone.
This allows clients to begin care at the level that fits their needs and continue with treatment as those needs change over time
Can you treat co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders?
Yes. Many people struggle with both substance use and mental health symptoms at the same time, such as depression and alcohol misuse or anxiety and drug dependence. Treating only one issue often leaves the other untreated, which can make recovery harder to maintain.
Our team takes an integrated approach so both conditions can be addressed together as part of one treatment plan.
What mental health concerns do you treat?
We work with a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, mood instability, and other complex behavioral health conditions. We also help individuals who may not have a diagnosis yet but know they are struggling with thoughts, emotions, or behaviors that are affecting daily life.
Treatment starts with understanding what is going on and building a plan that supports meaningful progres
What is the difference between outpatient therapy, IOP, and PHP?
Outpatient therapy is the least intensive option and usually involves scheduled counseling sessions each week. It is often a good fit for people who need support while continuing with work, school, or home responsibilities.
IOP adds more structure through multiple therapy sessions each week. PHP offers an even higher level of support with full days of treatment during the week, while still allowing clients to return home at night. The right choice depends on how much support and structure a person needs.
Do you offer telehealth therapy appointments in Scottsdale?
Yes. Telehealth gives clients a flexible way to stay engaged in treatment when in-person appointments are harder to manage. It can be especially helpful for people with demanding schedules, transportation barriers, or ongoing care needs after a higher level of treatment.
Depending on the service and clinical fit, clients may use telehealth only or combine it with in-person care.
